We are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join supportive secondary schools across Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a career in education or looking for flexible work within a school environment.

The Role:

* Supervising classes during teacher absence

* Delivering preset work and ensuring students remain on task

* Managing behaviour in line with school policies

* Supporting students with their learning where appropriate

* Maintaining a safe, positive and productive classroom environment

Requirements:

* Confident and professional with strong communication skills

* Able to manage a classroom and engage students effectively

* Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential

* Positive, adaptable and willing to learn

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
