Cover Supervisor - Lancaster

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in a mainstream secondary school within the Lancaster area, starting as soon as possible and continuing until Christmas.

Pay: £110-£145 per day
Location: Lancaster
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until Christmas
Setting: Mainstream Secondary School

The Role:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.
Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students across a range of subjects.The Ideal Candidate:

Has strong classroom management skills.
Is confident, reliable and adaptable.
Has experience working with secondary school-aged students (desirable).
Is passionate about supporting young people in their education.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone looking to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting.
