We are currently looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Redbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering a career in teaching, teaching assistants looking to progress, or individuals with strong experience working with secondary-aged young people.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absence

Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Ensure pupils remain focused and engaged with their work

Follow school policies and procedures

Provide feedback to teaching staff where required

Support a positive and productive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school

Is confident managing groups of pupils aged 11-18

Has strong communication and behaviour management skills

Is professional, reliable and adaptable

Is comfortable covering a variety of subjects

Has the right to work in the UK
