The school is looking to appoint an experienced Cover Supervisor on a temporary short-term basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, managing classroom behaviour, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning and supporting the smooth running of the school throughout periods of teacher absence.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor within a UK secondary school
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-set work across a range of curriculum subjects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A flexible, reliable and proactive approach
