Cover supervisor - September - January (SN3)

This school is looking for a cover supervisor on a short term basis from September until January. Pay rate is £130 - £140 per day.

The ideal candidate for this role should be approachable and have experience working in education and really try to get the best out of each and every student also instilling the values of kindness and respect. This school has high academic standards for students so that they can become the best that they can be. A good cover teacher should possess a blend of hard and soft skills to effectively manage classrooms and provide essential support for teachers. You should be able to adapt quickly to changes in classroom dynamics as well as understand and share the feelings of students, allowing you to create a connective and supportive learning environment.
