Cover Supervisor-Chippenham

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will supervise pre-set lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) levels, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and learning activities across various subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning and encourage classroom engagement
• Establish positive relationships with students and staff
• Provide feedback on student behaviour and participation

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in any subject (minimum 2:2 preferred)
• Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, mentoring, youth work etc.)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing behaviour and leading a classroom
• A genuine passion for education and making a difference
