• Manage student behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.

• Act as a role model and build strong relationships with both students and staff.

• Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Quickly establish rapport with students to support learning and engagement.

• Adapt to covering various subjects and year groups across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

• Previous experience working with young people (preferred, but not essential).

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

• A passion for supporting students in their academic journey.
