• Manage student behaviour to ensure they work in a positive and productive learning environment.

• Be a role model and foster strong relationships with students and staff.

• Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Quickly establish rapport with students to support learning.

• Ensure students remain engaged and on-task during lessons.

• Adapt to different subjects and year groups across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

• Previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).

• Passionate about supporting students in their learning journey.

• A degree in any subject (preferable but not essential).
