As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll manage the class, deliver pre-prepared work, and help keep students engaged and on task, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.

• Supervise lessons and ensure students stay focused on set work

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively

• Provide general support and encouragement to students

• Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in learning

• Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work)

• Good classroom management and communication skills
