The Role

As an Unqualified Secondary Teacher, you will:

* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects.

* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

* Support pupils to remain engaged and motivated throughout lessons.

* Adapt your approach to meet the needs of different learners.

* Work closely with teaching staff and school leaders to ensure continuity of learning.

* Build positive relationships with students and contribute to the wider school community.

Full lesson plans and resources are often provided, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons and supporting student progress.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

* A degree or relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential).

* Experience working with young people through schools, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Confidence leading groups of students.

* A flexible, proactive, and professional attitude.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

* The right to work in the UK.

Previous classroom experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Instructor, Sports Coach, or Youth Worker is highly desirable but not essential.
