A fast-paced creative agency is looking for a Creative Account Manager to join its team — delivering brand activations and retail campaigns across a global stage.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-impact creative projects within the retail sector, and work on campaigns that are seen in stores across the world.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and manage end-to-end creative campaigns for global brands
• Act as the link between clients and the studio — shaping briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring quality delivery
• Oversee workflow from concept through to artwork sign-off
• Manage creative briefs, timelines, and internal resources to meet client expectations
• Support quality control, campaign launches, and occasional store visits
• Build strong client relationships and keep projects running smoothly
• Develop presentations and clearly communicate updates and progress
• Look for smarter ways to deliver and improve processes where needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a creative or retail-focused account/project management role
• Strong knowledge of the creative process and how to bring briefs to life
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for design quality
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working directly with clients and studio teams
• A team player who’s open to new ideas and solutions
