Role: Creative Activities Assistant - Older People and Children
Location: Belong Chester
Hours: 39 hpw

Interviews to held: W/C 11th November2025 (Please note: if invited to interview you will be asked to prepare a small activity)

Rate of Pay: £12.60 p/h

What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of older adults through shared activities, companionship, and gentle encouragement. You’ll work alongside our care and nursery teams to create experiences that promote joy, dignity, and belonging. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting group and one-to-one activities that engage older residents
• Encouraging participation and confidence through warm, personal interactions
• Helping older adults connect with children in safe, meaningful ways
• Supporting to create inclusive environments that support emotional and social wellbeing
• Helping to promote our intergenerational approach within the wider community
