Opportunity
We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Creative Administrator to support the delivery of ATT’s immersive theatre-based training programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our casting, performance, and script coordination processes. You will help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from casting logistics and rehearsal scheduling to maintaining and distributing accurate script materials across projects.
The Role
As the Creative Administrator, you’ll play a key role supporting casting, performance coordination, and script management across ATT UK's creative projects. You’ll have responsibility for maintaining clear, consistent communication and briefing with freelance actors and facilitators, underpinning quality assurance, client satisfaction, and the integrity of our relationship with this key cohort

Location
This role is based at our Head Office in Deptford, Monday to Friday, with some travel to centres and client locations as required.
You will be eligible to work from home for up to 1 day per week following successful completion of the onboarding process and probationary period.
