Job Description - Creative and Passionate Level 2/3 Practitioner

Position: Level 2/3 Practitioners
Location: LS19 Area (Leeds, LS19)
Are you a qualified and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Practitioner passionate about childcare and children's development? We have exciting opportunities available in independent nurseries in the LS19 area for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity, creativity, and well-being.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and trust within the nursery community.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and structured activities.
Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with fellow practitioners and management to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the nursery.
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Proven experience working as a Level 2/3 Practitioner in an early years setting.
Passion for childcare and a genuine interest in children's development and well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work varied and flexible hours/days as needed.
Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the nursery.
