Creative Artworker - Agency

Our client, a dynamic full-service agency based in Essex offering hybrid working, is seeking a Creative Artworker to join their design team.

About the Role:
As a Creative Artworker, you will play a key role in developing artwork and designs for creative campaigns. Your responsibilities will include expanding creative concepts across various platforms to support marketing campaigns, creating print-ready and digital finished artwork.

This fast-paced role requires a keen eye for design and brand consistency to ensure all deliverables are on-brand both typographically and stylistically. You should have over 5 years of experience as a Creative Artworker, demonstrating proficiency in detailed photo retouching, pre-press, and print knowledge.

Skills required

• Proficiency in Creative Suite - expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential for this role.
• Strong layout skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of brand consistency
• Knowledge of print and online production
• High-level retouching skills
• Ability to work independently, adaptability, and initiative
• Effective workload management and prioritization
• Professional, respectful of clients, and supportive of internal teams
• 5+ years of experience in a Creative Artworker role
• Proficiency with Mac systems
• Print knowledge
• Previous experience in a creative agency
