Communicating across all departments (global and local) to ensure designs are in-line with brand direction. Responsible for collating and filing all artworks in an organised manner so they are accessible and user-friendly.As a Creative Artworker you will Accountable for producing all creative assets, ensuring accuracy and precise attention to detail, always following global VM guidelinesDesign and setup print-ready plate artwork to be used in all our distribution points across the UK, and maintain a plate database of artworkCreate visually engaging artworks for the UK Market whilst following Global VM Campaign guidelinesEnsure CT brand guidelines are adhered to in all executionsIn charge of coordinating up-to-date information from Marketing and Commercial teams and manage the version control of this to ensure UK VM are all aligned with global brand directionCreate and manage an organised artwork filing system in team foldersLiaise with the Marketing, Commercial, Global VM, Creative Agency to achieve effective and efficient design outcomesFunction as an integral part of an agile creative team by assisting VM Managers in creating brand assets to be used in campaign launchesAble to prioritise workload to ensure all design requests are provided in time of release and print deadlinesCreative innovative, on-brand visual solutions to design problems across UK VMRequirementsBA Hons in Visual Communication or relevant degreeMust be experienced in art-working print ready files from small scale to large OOHMust be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency for Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & IllustratorMust have an excellent eye for detail and precision Excellent communication and organisation skills Capable prioritising and multitasking, with strong time management skillsComfortable working to tight deadlinesAbility to take instructions from others, as well as take on board constructive feedbackBroad knowledge of various printing processes & techniques and experience creating print-ready artworkMust be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environmentMust be a team playerNon-Essential Bonus Skills{{{{:}}}}Experience using Sketchup.
