Salary

£30,000 to £38,000 based on experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Create engaging, impactful social-first content (both static and video).
Create and influence content strategy for our clients, ensuring social content aligns with strategic objectives and delivers growth.
Continuously monitor performance metrics to determine future strategy and content.
Create regular, clear and creative content briefs to aid content planning and delivery.
Work with our growing production team to manage and facilitate content shoots and projects both on location and in our studio.
Confidently communicate strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on content performance data.
Oversee our network of content creators to source high-quality creator content.
Liaise with our paid social team and account manager to review content performance.
Stay on top of social trends to deliver content that excites and drives reactive growth.

Experience/Skills

Practical experience creating social-first content (static, video and motion graphics).
Previous agency experience in a creative or content role (or an experienced freelancer).
Management experience desired.
A strong understanding of social media, social content and performance marketing (both established and emerging platforms).
Experience working with platforms such as Adobe Suite and post-production software (Davinci Resolve).
Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
