Job Description
The Creative Lead will lead a dynamic team of designers, copywriter, and multimedia specialists to develop innovative and compelling visual and written content. This role involves managing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, and delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Oversee the daily operations of the creative team, including project assignments, workflow management, and performance reviews.
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Oversee the creation of diverse content including digital campaigns, social media graphics, videos, and more.
Serve as the main point of contact between the creative team and other departments.
Manage the creative budget, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Key Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
3- 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital media.
Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in a similar industry
Understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and video production.
