On behalf of our client, a market-leading business in their sector, we are seeking a talented and hands-on Creative Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with strong digital skills, creative flair, and a proactive mindset to lead and execute innovative campaigns.

The Role
This is a pivotal position within the business, ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing who is ready to take ownership of strategy and delivery. You'll lead on content creation, digital campaigns, website performance, and PR, playing a key role in brand development and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels

• Create engaging content for campaigns, press releases, and website updates

• Manage SEO and PPC activity to drive online visibility and traffic

• Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics and CRO techniques

• Oversee PR and communications to strengthen brand presence

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' marketing experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics

• Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills

• Experience with website management, UX, and performance optimisation

• Familiarity with PR, media relations, and brand development

• Self-starter with strong organisational and project management skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential due to rural office location)
