Creative Producer (Gaming)

We create culture-defining moments weekly, pushing creative boundaries and delivering some of the most watched shows online. We move fast, innovate constantly and have a ridiculous amount of fun while doing it.

MoreSidemen produces multiple videos every week, bringing together the Sidemen’s personalities through gaming, challenges and studio formats. It’s home to Sidemen Among Us, one of YouTube’s biggest ongoing gaming series, alongside a growing range of new games and IP. With a busy release schedule, we’re looking for someone who can turn strong concepts into standout videos.

As Creative Producer (Gaming), you’ll take ownership of videos from ideation all the way through to execution. You’ll be in every MoreSidemen session, organising external talent, capturing content, and ensuring that key moments and deliverables are met throughout each individual recording.

What You’ll Do

• Ideating for new gaming videos and fresh twists on existing formats, with a clear understanding of what makes an entertaining MoreSidemen video

• Building ideas into fully functional videos; developing challenges, organising resources, and working with relevant team members to prepare for recording

• Organising and hosting internal playtests across our gaming formats, including Among Us

• Managing priorities, timelines, and preparation across multiple videos

• Hosting all gaming sessions with the Sidemen, explaining rules, handling issues, and keeping sessions moving efficiently

• You follow gaming YouTube content, and understand the Sidemen’s humour and audience.

• You can turn a creative idea into a practical plan, and follow it through with strong attention to even the smallest details.

• You enjoy testing formats, spotting problems, and finding solutions.

• Excellent organisation. You'll be juggling multiple ideas, schedules and deadlines at once.

• Experience working on creator-led or YouTube-native gaming content.
