Creative Production Lead

With a focus on creativity and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the company’s creative first approach to production, making significant contributions to our award-winning experiences.

Responsibilities

• You’ll lead on the creative production of your projects, working alongside the rest of the project & client experience teams to ensure our clients requirements are met, as well as our creative vision
• You will oversee a variety of projects with the ability to switch between brand installations, experiential activations and digital experiences seamlessly, ensuring production budgets and timelines are approached with a composed, flexible and positive attitude when creatively problem solving
• You’ll deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and collaboration, internally and externally
• You have excellent supplier communication and negotiation skills, with an established ability to manage multiple work streams
• You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of its strategic objectives as well as ensuring the commercial outputs are achieved
• You have a relentless attention to detail
• You have a genuine interest in emerging technologies and integrated trends

Qualifications - 5+ years relevant experience is desired, however this does not have to be with another brand experience agency.

This role will be 3 days minimum in the office so please ensure you are a commutable distance if you are interested in the role.
