As a Creative Recruiter, you’ll be working across a variety of roles in the creative sector – from designers and art directors to copywriters, content creators and marketing pros. You’ll partner with exciting agencies, start-ups and global brands to deliver top-tier talent in a competitive and fast-moving market.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for creative roles

• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates

• Sourcing and headhunting exceptional talent across creative disciplines

• Crafting engaging job adverts and candidate experiences

• Keeping up to date with industry trends and talent movements

• Proven experience in recruitment – ideally within creative, digital or marketing sectors

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A natural networker with a consultative, solutions-driven approach

• Knowledge of the London creative market (agency or in-house experience a plus)

• Driven, ambitious and self-motivated

• Competitive basic salary up to £50,000
