Platinum Labels is a global branding house & manufacturer based in the Heart of Yorkshire.
We provide branding accessories that include labels, tickets, packaging to some of the biggest brands in the UK. The business operates supply to the Furniture and Clothing markets globally.
We are actually the UK's largest mattress label manufacturer. Our customers includes Leeds United FC, Liberty's of London, Quiz Clothing, Maniere De voir, Bensons for Beds, Argos, Next to name a few.
Our business grows year on year and we are looking to expand our markets from the UK to Europe and the USA.
You have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business working with some of the UK’s Largest brands.
The job role will require you to have some creative flair whilst being able to support the UK Production part by providing the plates/ dyes/ cutters required by production.
You

must

be able to use the

Adobe Suite on a Mac

to apply for this position. Plate, cutter making and pre production assitance can be trained however we would prefer someone with experience within this area.
Day to day you will be:
Coming up with new design ideas and concepts
Ammending current artworks
Digitising files for print
Creating cutters/ dyes for production.
Creating Foil dyes
Creating plates.
Working Closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Understanding CMYK and Spot colour
Key Skills
Ability to take briefs both written and verbal
Good time keeping
To be able to work a part of a team
This is a fast paced environment with a chance of progression to the marketing support projects.
