Creative Environmental Designer

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid - Manchester studio (3+ days a week)

We’re looking for a Creative Environmental Designer with a passion for storytelling through space. Someone who can sketch with flair, think like an art director, and collaborate with 3D teams to bring brand experiences to life. • Concept and develop branded spaces that connect with consumers and reflect brand values

• Communicate creative ideas clearly through sketches, scamps, and visual references

• Collaborate closely with 3D visualisers to bring environments to life

• Stay ahead of retail and spatial design trends to keep ideas fresh and future-facing

• Integrate sustainable design principles and eco-conscious materials into your concepts

• Proven experience in retail or environmental design (agency or in-house)

• A strong portfolio that shows big ideas, bold execution, and commercial thinking

• Comfortable working with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (3D tools a bonus)

• Sharp sense of spatial design, visual storytelling, and customer experience

• Confident communicator and collaborator with internal teams and external clients
