Job Description - Creative Strategist

About the Role:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist with a strong social-first background to join a leading agency known for creating innovative, platform-native campaigns that connect brands with their audience in meaningful ways. This role will be key in developing creative strategies that drive brand success across social platforms, ensuring every campaign resonates and sparks conversation.

You'll bridge the gap between creative ideation and strategic execution, leading the charge on everything from big ideas to platform-specific concepts. If you're passionate about social media trends and strategic storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for social-first campaigns that drive impact across digital platforms.

  • Craft compelling copy and develop creative concepts, translating briefs into engaging, platform-native ideas.

  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and social media developments to fuel innovative and relevant creative content.

  • Produce detailed storyboards and concepts that align with both brand strategy and platform-specific needs.

  • Act as a strategic bridge between creative and brand strategy, ensuring cohesive and effective campaign delivery.

  • Support the team in ensuring that all campaigns are reactive, relevant, and meet business goals.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in a social-first agency or creative environment.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with a focus on emerging trends.

  • A creative strategist with copywriting skills, able to produce impactful, engaging content that aligns with platform dynamics.

  • A strategic thinker who can develop creative concepts with a clear rationale and data-driven insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for culture, trends, and social media, always tuned in to what's relevant and engaging online.
