We are seeking a dedicated Cred Supervisor individual to join our team at HMP The Mount, a category C & Adult/Male prison.

HMP The Mount runs like a self-contained city, it takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning, and as the Maintenance Team we are committed and driving the smooth and safe operation, like a heart that pumps blood through the body, everything we do impacts every prisoner, employee, and visitor, and wider to the families and community.
As a Cred Supervisor you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.
As a CRED Supervisor you will offer you mentorship to others, working collaboratively with them to achieve objectives and overcome challenges. You will be a ‘guardian’ who advocates for fair treatment and opportunity for all; utilising your experience and calm nature to build, advocate for and implement projects where Prisoner rehabilitation is supported by the chance to undertake maintenance works within the prison estate.
