Credit Analyst

Reed Banking is delighted to be supporting a boutique banking group in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join its Private Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in credit analysis, real estate finance, and private banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Relationship Managers with credit applications and annual reviews
• Conduct financial analysis, risk identification, and covenant monitoring
• Assist with AML reviews and ensure client documentation is up to date
• Produce MI and regulatory reports (e.g. Manco, Consumer Duty)
• Support transaction management, credit control, and portfolio monitoring
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. valuers, lawyers)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with financial ratios, credit scoring models, and cash flow analysis
• Familiarity with Moody’s Analytics or similar tools
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Understanding of real estate finance and AML processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
