The Role

As a Real Estate Credit Analyst, you will:

• Prepare and analyse credit papers for all commercial transactions including real estate transactions including residential and commercial.
• Conducted comprehensive credit risk assessments by analyzing financial statements, industry trends and credit reports to
• determine credit-worthiness and assign internal ratings.
• Assist in structuring and underwriting credit facilities including revolving lines, term loans, ensuring alignment with internal risk appetite and regulatory standards.
• Author detailed credit memorandums and presented recommendations to senior risk committees, supporting strategic decisions on credit limits, renewals, and exceptions
• Scenario analysis to forecast potential losses and stress test credit exposures, contributing to robust underwriting decisions.
• Monitor exposure within limits and contribute to new business opportunities.

Your Profile

• At least 18 months years’ experience as a Credit Analyst from a bank or specialist lender , with some experience of residential real estate finance.
• Relevant degree or equivalent required.
• Standout analytical, written, and numeracy skills .
• Strong communication, professionalism and attention to detail .
