What you will do:
• As a Credit Analyst Support in our Asset Finance team, you will provide excellent customer service to our Broker, Business Development Directors and Credit Analyst communities
• Gather information and data from all available internal sources and ensure it is loaded on to our systems efficiently and correctly
• Look into organisational structures to identify key individuals/parties to comply with our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Crime polices

What you will need:
• Ability to deal with high volumes of enquiries, obtaining further information where necessary, following agreed processes and making sure that information is presented accurately and quickly
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Be highly accurate with a real eye for detail and a desire to deliver an excellent customer service
• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
