Job Title: Credit and Cash Manager
Location: Central London (On-site, 5 days a week)
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 (DOE)

We're hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit and Cash Manager to join a well-established, fast-paced business with a strong market presence. You’ll play a key role in driving financial stability and improving working capital performance.

This is a high-visibility position where you'll take ownership of credit control and cash flow management across the business. Working closely with finance, commercial, and operational teams, you’ll ensure robust controls are in place and support strategic financial decisions.

• Oversee customer credit management, including credit risk assessments and setting terms

• Lead the collections process, minimising overdue debt and improving DSO

• Manage daily cash flow and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues

• Maintain strong banking relationships and ensure efficient cash allocation

• Produce monthly reports on credit exposure, collections performance, and cash forecasts

• Support internal and external audits as required

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially aware finance professional with:

• Proven experience in credit and cash management (ideally within manufacturing or a similar sector)

• Excellent Excel and analytical skills

• A proactive, problem-solving approach

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) preferred

• Salary between £60,000 - £85,000, dependent on experience
