Description

• Assist in the management and monitoring of customer credit accounts.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any credit-related queries.
• Support the preparation of financial reports for the Accounting & Finance team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and credit limits.
• Assist with debt collection and follow up on overdue accounts professionally.
• Provide administrative support to enhance the department's efficiency.

Profile

A successful Credit Assistant should have:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A practical understanding of credit management principles.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Offer
