Job Description - Credit Card Administrator

Credit Card Administrator


 


The Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Expenses and Credit Card Administrator to manage all aspects of employee expense claims and corporate credit card programs. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while supporting employees in the submission and reconciliation of expense reports


 


This is a hybrid-working role, based in our Manchester or London office, reporting to the Global PTP Team Lead.


 


What you will do


 


Credit Cards


 




  • Administer Inizio's corporate credit card program.




  • Issue and deactivate credit cards observing company policy.




  • Monitor and enforce company policies regarding credit card usage.




  • Reconcile employee credit card transactions.




  • Ensure documentation and approval of credit card expenditures.




  • Work with employees to resolve discrepancies or non-compliant charges.




  • Maintain accurate records of cardholder agreements and transaction logs.




  • Collaborate with accounts payable for proper coding and posting of transactions.




  • Produce monthly reports on credit card usage for management review.




  • Identify trends or anomalies in spending and escalate concerns.




  • Help with audits related to credit card usage.




  • Provide training and support to cardholders on usage and reporting requirements.




 


Expenses


 




  • Ensure reimbursement of employee expenses.




  • Audit, and process employee expense claims following company policies.




  • Resolve discrepancies or policy violations in submitted expenses.




  • Assist employees with questions related to expense submissions and approvals.




  • Ensure reimbursement of employee expenses.




  • System Support e.g Concur , Maconomy





What skills/experience you bring to the role


 



 



  • 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles with exposure to expense management or credit card programs.




  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Concur, Maconomy).




  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.




  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
