Your new role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate financial management and timely debt recovery. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the wider finance function.

• Managing Complex Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate processing
• Cash Allocation: Allocate incoming payments correctly and maintain financial accuracy
• Payment Schedules: Develop and manage client payment plans
• Debt Recovery: Proactively chase outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status and outstanding balances

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven background in credit control, especially managing complex accounts
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication
• Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
