Job Description - Credit Control Administrator

My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a full-time Credit Control Administrator on an ongoing temp basis to cover maternity leave for approx. 10 months

The main responsibilities of the role include
- Facilitating debt collection and
- Reviewing and reporting aged debt
- Managing customer accounts and reconciling invoices.
- Resolving account queries.
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing account information to internal departments

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- previous admin experience within a manufacturing environment would be preferred
- Good IT skills especially MS Office especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels
- Be accurate and take care with your work
- an ability to work to deadlines
- Be happy to support across other departments as and when required

Because of its location your own transport is essential

The position is Mon-Fri, 0900-1700 and the pay-rate is £13.19 an hour based on 37.5 hours per week
