The Role
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30 Location: Fleet, Hampshire Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week on site
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Credit Controller Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of customer invoices and maintaining financial records.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure the timely collection of customer invoices
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve collection queries
Respond to customer enquiries related to billing and payments professionally and promptly
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a collections department
Self-motivates and directed
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency with accounting software (ideally MSD Finance and Operations) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
