Credit Control Manager

We'll be upfront: this isn't a perfectly polished credit control function. There's a solid foundation, but the team needs structure, leadership, and someone who knows how to steady the ship.

We're not looking for sweeping change or bold reinvention - just someone experienced, calm under pressure, and capable of building consistency where it's currently lacking.

You'll take ownership of the credit control operation, provide direction to the team, and ensure the day-to-day function runs smoothly and professionally. You'll have the freedom to make smart decisions - and the support to implement them.

What you'll be doing:
??Leading and developing a team that needs structure, clarity, and accountability
??Taking full responsibility for ledger performance and aged debt reduction
??Creating simple, effective processes and making sure they're followed
??Resolving disputes and escalations with confidence and professionalism
??Producing accurate, useful reporting for senior management
??Helping turn a reactive function into a proactive one - without overcomplicating it

??Clear communicator - both with the team and senior stakeholders
