• Build strong relationships with key clients to resolve payment issues efficiently
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to assess credit risk and set credit limits
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on debtor performance and risk exposure
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls
