Credit Control Manager - Up to £38,000 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Head Office Based - Chester

Are you an experienced Credit Control professional with a passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and driving results? We're looking for a Credit Control Manager to lead a dynamic team and help shape the future of our credit operations.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our head office, offering up to £38,000 per year plus a competitive benefits package.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and developing a high-performing Credit Control team
• Managing cash collection processes and reducing overdue debt
• Acting as a key point of escalation for internal teams and external partners
• Overseeing KPIs and driving performance to meet business objectives
• Enhancing credit control strategies and leveraging technology for process improvements
• Building strong working relationships across departments to ensure collaborative credit risk management
• Monitoring and reporting on departmental performance and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Credit Control experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of credit management, risk assessment, and debt recovery processes
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities (Excel and systems knowledge essential)
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• CICM/AAT qualification desirable but not essential
