Credit Control Manager

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are seeking a Credit Control Manager to join their team.

Duties:

* Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Control team

* Oversee collections and ensure accurate payment processing

* Manage escalated debtor accounts and legal referrals

* Resolve customer disputes with internal stakeholders

* Maintain accurate customer account records

* Manage external debt collection agency relationships

* Drive process improvements and team efficiency

* Conduct one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.

Requirements:

* Have managed a team of Credit Controllers

* Good Excel knowledge/building KPI dashboards

* Lead by example

Salary and additional information:

* £50,000 - £60,000

* Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days work from home)
