Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are very happy to be recruiting for a Credit Controller for a highly successful and expanding company based in Hertford.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customers income and expenditure to help set up a payment plan
• Understanding a customer’s financial situation through a full fact find
• Meeting any individual and team KPI’s
• Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
• Work on the phones throughout the day providing exceptional customer service
• Set up repayment plans, take collection payments, and offer alternatives
• Dealing with customers before debt is transferred to 3rd party recovery

• Experience with Credit Control within a B2C capacity
