We are looking for an experienced Credit Control Supervisor to join our team in Richmond, bringing energy, expertise, and leadership to this key role.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on supervisory position that requires strong credit control experience and the confidence to manage both performance and process. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll oversee a team of credit controllers, lead on complex queries, and play an integral part in improving collection performance and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small team of credit controllers to meet collection targets
• Oversee and improve aged debt performance
• Review and manage customer credit limits and payment terms
• Handle escalated queries and resolve payment disputes professionally
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes
• Produce and present regular debtor reports to management
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Drive continuous improvement across the credit control function

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit control, including team leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, or Oracle
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
• CICM qualification (or currently studying) is preferred
