Credit Control Supervisor

The Role:

• Lead and support a small Credit Control team
• Oversee timely debt collection and minimise credit risk
• Produce and analyse aged debt KPIs
• Manage buying group accounts, including EDI invoicing and resolving queries
• Monitor credit reports and approve credit limits
• Liaise with legal agents on escalated accounts
• Be the go-to contact for Sales Representatives
• Collaborate with the business’s Credit Insurer to maintain compliance

About You:

• Proven credit control experience, ideally in a supervisory role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Skilled in Excel; Sage 200 experience a plus
• Proactive, decisive, and solutions-focused
