Credit Control Team Leader

You'll be joining a progressive, forward-thinking business based in Manchester City Centre. This position combines team leadership with hands-on portfolio management. We're looking for a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Key responsibilities include: leading and developing a team of around six Credit Controllers, building strong stakeholder relationships, driving cash flow performance, delegating workload effectively, setting the standard for the team, and undertaking other ad hoc tasks. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people management and being directly involved in collections.

To be considered, you'll need a solid background in Credit Control along with proven experience in managing people.
