Credit Controller

Your role at Veezu:

The Credit Controller will manage an aged debtor ledger across multiple regions within the Veezu group. Leasing with our regional Commercial teams.

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, this role will play an important role in managing debt levels across multiple regions within our group. Proactively chasing invoices for payment and assisting with query resolution with the relevant Commercial teams throughout the group.

What you’ll do: 

• Monitor customer accounts chasing for payment on overdue invoices 

• Send customer statements / letters 

• Account reconciliations 

• Raise queries to the relevant Commercial teams 

• Perform credit checks 

• Support our Commercial team in setting up new customer accounts

• Maintain accurate records of communication 

• Prepare reports on aged debt 

• Taking card payments over the phone

• Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in Credit Control (desirable but not essential)

• Experience in Sage 

• Good level of Excel skills

• Be a good communicator

• Be a good problem solver & and have a proactive approach

• Strong organizational skills 

Where you’ll be:

• This role will be hybrid, working from home and in our Cardiff office.
