This isn't just a number-crunching role. You'll be the link between the customers, sales, and finance departments - keeping everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes of a global brand known for its charm, originality, and high-end products.

• Managing relationships with customers and internal teams across sales and finance

• Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and account activity

• Investigating and resolving payment queries

• Assessing credit applications and making informed decisions

• Supporting financial reporting and analysis on payment performance

• Documenting and following up on customer communications

• A positive, can-do attitude with a solution-focused mindset

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent Excel skills and general computer literacy

• Eagerness to grow in a finance focused role

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

• Knowledge of multiple currencies and international markets

• Experience reading and interpreting credit reports

• Familiarity with direct debits, payment allocation systems, or Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Proficiency in a second European language - Essential
