Credit Controller

We are recuiting exclusively for a family-owned, established business in Waltham Cross. They are looking to recruit an additional Credit Controller to their existing team, due to continued, sustainable growth.

Duties:

• Allocate incoming payments to the relebant accounts
• Reconile customer accounts
• Resolve queries relating to disputed sales invoices
• Regular communication with customers to ensure prompt payment
• Escalate any unresolved issues to the FC

What they are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Credit Controller
• Solid understanding of Excel
• A clear and confident communicator
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
