Credit Controller

Credit Controller - Watford (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £32,000

IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a rapidly expanding client of ours based in Watford. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in, 2 days remote per week).

The duties of the Credit Controller role include:

• Collecting outstanding debts via email and telephone
• Handling and resolving internal and external queries
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Partnering with stakeholders
• Negotiating repayment plans

The successful Credit Controller will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience, ideally with consumer debt collection experience
• Have excellent communication skills
