Credit Controller

Location: Bury area
Salary: Up to £26,000 + 10% bonus

Main duties include:

• Take full ownership of your own ledger, ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any account-related queries promptly
• Proactively chase outstanding debt through regular follow-up and communication
• Monitor and identify high-risk accounts, flagging potential financial concerns early
• Manage the disconnection process for overdue accounts, in line with strict credit control procedures
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing credit control processes and procedures
• Support with ad hoc reporting as required
