Credit Controller

KYOCERA AVX are a leading global supplier of a wide range of products, including advanced electronic components, sensors, controls, connectors, and antenna solutions. We have a Treasury group based in Frimley UK and have a great opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our team based here.

The Role

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will build and develop relationships with customers and our internal global sales team to understand accounts, ensure timely payments and work both internally and externally to resolve account queries. It is a team based role and will include

• Cash allocation
• Customer contact across Europe
• Communication with our Worldwide Sales Offices
• Liaison with field-based Sales teams
• Use of our internal systems -AS400, SAP and Collection Software - full training will provided.

Qualifications and Skills

You should enjoy working in credit control, cash management, sales ledger or financial accounts and have

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Credit Control for a high volume ledger
• SAP knowledge S/4 Hana knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and negotiate
• Good Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• A positive can-do attitude
• Ability to think proactively and solve problems.
