Credit Controller

Search are recruiting on behalf of a leading business in Liverpool looking for a Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance team on a full-time, permanent basis reporting into the Credit Control Manager.

The position is working alongside a team of Credit Controllers supporting strategies for cash collection and age debt provision. It's a forward thinking and growing business with opportunities for continuous internal development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
• Resolving queries and building strong client relationships
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth cash flow
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on aged debt

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with finance systems and Excel

Benefits include:

• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
